כל המחירים באתר נקובים בשקלים חדשים וכוללים מע"מ כדין. דמי משלוח אינם כלולים במחיר המוצר ויוצגו בנפרד בעמוד התשלום.
התשלום מתבצע באמצעות כרטיס אשראי דרך ספק סליקה מאובטח. פרטי האשראי אינם נשמרים בשרתי החנות ומועברים ישירות לספק הסליקה.
ההזמנה תיחשב כמאושרת רק לאחר קבלת אישור מחברת הסליקה. אישור זה הוא תנאי לביצוע ההזמנה. במקרה של סירוב, ההזמנה לא תבוצע ולא ייגבה תשלום.
החיוב מתבצע במועד אישור ההזמנה. סכום החיוב הוא הסכום המוצג בעמוד התשלום, לרבות דמי משלוח והנחות שהוחלו.
במקרה של טעות מהותית וברורה במחיר המוצג, החנות רשאית לבטל את ההזמנה ולהשיב את מלוא התמורה. הודעה תימסר ללקוח בהקדם.
לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה תישלח הודעת אישור לכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני שנמסרה. ההזמנה תיכנס לטיפול לאחר בדיקה ואישור מצדנו.
החזר כספי יבוצע באותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה, בהתאם למדיניות הביטולים וההחזרות של החנות.
התשלום מתבצע דרך ספק סליקה מורשה העומד בתקני אבטחת המידע של תעשיית כרטיסי האשראי. פרטי האשראי אינם נשמרים בשרתי החנות ואינם נחשפים לנו בשום שלב.

Payment is processed by credit card through a secure payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers and are passed directly to the provider.
An order is confirmed only once the payment provider approves the transaction. This approval is a condition of the order. If the payment is declined, the order is not placed and no charge is made.
Your card is charged at the time the order is confirmed. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout, including shipping and any discounts applied.
In the event of a clear and material pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount. You will be notified promptly.
A confirmation message is sent to the email address provided after the order is placed. The order is processed once we have reviewed and confirmed it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
